Dive Into Nature: Meet SEEC — Our 2024 Dairy Daze Beneficiary
Dairy Daze Music Festival isn’t just about great music—it’s about community, impact, and purpose. That’s why we’re proud to name the Savannah Environmental Education Center (SEEC) as this year’s official nonprofit partner for Dairy Daze 2024.
What is SEEC?
Based in the heart of Savannah, SEEC is a nonprofit dedicated to reconnecting families and communities with the natural world through immersive, science-based programming. Their team of naturalists and educators creates engaging opportunities to explore coastal Georgia’s ecosystems—from marsh ecology walks and birding adventures to herpetology field sessions, phenology tracking, and even yoga in the woods.
This year, SEEC is also launching a game-changing initiative: the Tidelands Nature School—Savannah’s first Forest School-modeled early childhood program. Scheduled to open in 2025, Tidelands will offer five-day-a-week outdoor learning for children aged 3–5, integrating place-based science, sensory exploration, and free play in natural environments.

Dairy Daze Fall Music Fest 2024 will once again take place at the Old Roberds Dairy Farm, located in Savannah’s Avondale neighborhood near the Wilmington River. The same land that hosts SEEC’s marsh studies and field trips will now echo with music, laughter, and impact.
It’s a collaboration born from Savannah’s creative soil—and we’re honored to grow it with you.
